What will happen once I book on the calendar?
If you are a new patient, after you enter your information using the link, our office verify your insurance eligibility and confirm your appointment. Please make sure to fill out additional paperwork and consent forms prior to the scheduled appointment. Our office will always inform you of any co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles (if any) prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Do I have to enter my insurance information if I am an existing patient?
No, you do not have to enter any insurance information. We already have this! Simply book with your name/date of birth and an email address.
Does Vital Psych MD accept insurance?
Yes, Vital Psych MD accepts most major insurance plans. Please contact us for more information.
What if I do not have insurance?
If you do not have insurance, don't worry, we offer flat low self pay rates for appointments. Expect to pay $200-250 for a new visit; $125 - $150 for a follow up.
